Nestled right in the centre of Little Beach sits this spacious duplex, ideal destination for your next family holiday or weekend away with the friends. 

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and the main living area are all located upstairs, there is also a BBQ on the balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and is located upstairs, there is also another shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry area.

Use of single garage and a carport makes this ideal to bring the boat as you are approximately 350mtrs from the boat ramp. The beauty of only being within a few minutes level walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach and West Diggers Club makes this the perfect holiday destination.

Use of Single garage only, the other side is private.

Parking: Single garage only + single carport. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great stay

Lovely spacious unit with excellent to deal with property managers. We had a very relaxing stay the only downside being lack of air conditioning and wifi. We would definitely go back though!
