Enjoy your afternoon drink on the sunny balcony with uninterrupted views over Shoal Bay. Fantastic water views looking straight out the headlands and Shoal Bay Beach and only 100 metres to the crystal blue waters of Shoal Bay beach with the relief of having no roads to cross. Also having Little Beach which is known for the beautiful calm swimming waters, BBQ facilities and a children's playground makes the location of the Intrepid units perfect.
Unit 10 is on the middle floor and offers fantastic water views from the open plan living/dining area and main bedroom. The unit has been fully renovated, freshly painted, luxury carpet and stylishly decorated. There are ceiling fans to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow throughout the unit, 55” flat screen Smart TV and unlimited Wifi provided. A fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities is available, separate toilet and an internal laundry complete the package.
The unit has a large single auto garage and one additional open car space which can fit a small boat or second vehicle.
We manage other units in this complex, if you have a gathering for a number of families or friends this will suit your needs perfectly.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
