Nice beach house close to Dutchie's
Bright, spacious house with a convenient lay-out. There are two living areas that are separated by a door so adults can stay up while children sleep in peace. Kitchen is well equipped. We had an issue with one of the toilets, which was fixed promptly. Great communication with property management. The lovely beach is within walking distance, and its calm waters are ideal for small children. Shopping is just a short drive from the property, so is the marina. We had a very nice stay at the Hamptons and would like to return next year.

A lovely home for families
A lovely home to stay away from home for our families. The house was in a great position and had everything we needed. It was just a shame it rained all day on the Saturday

Awesome Hamptons
A very neat ..clean..and well eqiped house ..very spacious....in an excellent location near awesome beaches..comfy bedding ...with clean linen etc..all my family loved the stay and were very pleased with everything. Just a little confusion with the coding of the entrance lock which was resolved after a phone call otherwise all good..The kitchen had all necessary cutlery with nice dining area..overall our stay was very comfortable and full of fun...will definetly stay again..cheers

Spacious and well appointed
We had a great stay here with a group of 7. Plenty of space with everything you need to be comfortable. Close to pathways, beach and short drive or walking distance to shops. Small aircon issue promptly dealt with. Some other maintenance information passed on.

Great house
The house was immaculately clean and great location to beach.The ducted aircon didn’t work and after contacting manager it still wasn’t repaired.The weather was extremely hot and there wasn’t screen door on front and backdoor screen was broken.

Beautiful home, great location
This is a lovely house, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing family meals, bbq, great location, short walk to the beach, not too far for little kids to walk. I was a bit disappointed with the backyard, thought it was bigger than it was and our grandchildren 5 and 2 didn’t go out much, a bit far from the kitchen, living area. Think it would be better for older kids and teenagers. Would have liked a few more coffee cups! Otherwise really great!

Just Wonderful
Wow this house was just fantastic for our week stay, very close to the beach( short walk)and the main streets.The house had plenty room for our 2 families and the style/decor is just gorgeous.We loved our time at "The Hamtons Beach House on Dutchies" and will be back for sure.

Good location
Good location. Lovely house. Could be a little cleaner and kitchen could be a little bit more stocked in terms of utensils for cooking. Backyard was a little disappointing. We thought it would have been a more useable space for kids. Overall still a good house to stay in.

Nice place for a break
Great location only 200 metres to the beach in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Beds are very comfortable which is important on a holiday. Two separate living areas which work well for family get togethers. Very enjoyable place to stay. Only downside are the kitchen utensils which are a bit ordinary but in the scheme of things not that important

Great house in Nelson Bay
We (2 families with young kids) had a fantastic stay at the Hamptons Beach House. The property was immaculate with a separate entertainment area and neat backyard for kids. The excellent interior design, cooking facilities and central heating made for a very comfortable mid-winter stay. The house is in a great location, short walk to Dutchmans Beach and to the centre of Nelson Bay. We would definitely recommend this house for families.

Wonderful house very comfortable clean and beautifully presented
We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of space. Great beds. Would have been nice to have wood for the open fire.

Staying at the Hamptons was lovely the house is very welcoming it’s got everything you need it’s clean and the beds are very comfortable loved the way the house is decorated to and has a nice back yard for the kids to play in also so close to Dutchies Beach only a short stroll down the road we loved it and definitely will be back Louise
