“To start to say this place was great is an understatement! Was the perfect place for my wife and I’s first wedding anniversary. Check in and check out were very simple. The evenings and mornings were relaxing as could be with the location being very secluded. Cabin was very very clean and comfy all the way around. We look forward to making this a tradition and going back every year. I seen some negative comments leading up to our stay which is generally just a year say. To say those comments……

“Nice little cabin, overall good, everything was functional. The only comlaint is the mattress on the bed was probably manufactured sometime around the beggining of the jurrasic era. Made sleep all but impossible. Two people roll to the center and sink. Other than that all was good.”

“We had a great stay, and everything was perfect. We loved the hikes on the property and how remote it felt. Easy access to everything we needed...hikes, Hocking Hills, Logan, Nelsonville, and Athens.”

“The cabin is beautifully situated on a hilltop with beautiful views!! The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but I do recommend bringing an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one pillow. Also, if using the hot tub, bring extra towels because you only get 4. Within about 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills attractions. Would stay here again!!”

“We enjoyed our stay, the location, the cabin was a nice size, hot tub was great but the property needs some improvements. The first was the shower curtain and parts of the bathroom walls had some mold. The bathroom door always closed itself so I think this is just a ventilation problem. The curtain could have used a wash. Secondly, there were only two pillows that were extremely flat for two people. We had to go buy pillows to be more comfortable. Lastly, there was a lot of instruction……

“The property is very clean. The owners pay attention to small details that are very convenient. Well supplied coffe/tea area, plenty of bathroom amentities, firewood available for purchase, plenty of storage and organization available in bedroom for clothing, etc.”

“10/10 . Loved every aspect of the cabins interior design. Beautiful modern wood cabin. Hot tub was wonderful. The stone shower is now on our future wishlist for our home . Stunning work again. Obsessed with the back porch views . Bird watching was awesome, the local deer made several appearances and made our hearts happy . Overall wonderful experience and plan to return and interested to see further additions to the loft and upper patio”
