Beautiful farmhouse!!! Everything was so clean and loved the decor. Fully stocked with everything you need! Beautiful scenery. Loved watching the deer and turkeys. We were welcomed with homemade cinnamon coffee cake! Delicious!!! Thank you for having us! Would definitely come back!

The house was beautiful. And the view from the house was even more spectacular. It was the perfect place for our visit to South Dakota. They were extremely accommodating and even gave us some history of the house as well as some information since we are looking to move here in the near future. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The whole stay was amazing. Not only is the location perfect and tranquil but Jody is the perfect hostess. So friendly and welcoming. One thing we took advantage of is having no television reception which allowed us to have great conversations and to enjoy sitting on the front porch and outdoor swings. We booked a longer stay for next year!

Absolutely amazing!! Loved the little farmhouse! Everything I wanted and more. Great place for family! My grandson couldn’t get enough of this place…so much room for him to run around. Beautiful scenery. The owners were also really great people. Definitely coming back!!

What a fantastic place to stay! Quiet, beautiful with great views. The farm house is really nice and very clean. The loaf of banana bread left for us at check-in was amazing. The owners are good people and VERY friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :)

Fantastic Getaway

The house was just what we needed. Great size and amenities, really great spot for our base. The hosts were amazing and there was a nice surprise for our arrival. Sitting by the bonfire was a nice way to wind down in the evening.

Farmhouse

This house has everything anyone could possibly need. The owners are super nice and even left us a fresh loaf of banana bread, which was delicious. The house is located in the middle of nowhere. Which was perfect for us. No noise, lots of wildlife to watch. We had such an amazing time checking out everything in south dakota. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home.

Black Hills getaway

This lovely farmhouse was perfectly located to enjoy all of the area sites. We enjoyed the rural area…beautiful scenery with many animal sitings. The owners are fantastic people, and are definitely available if needed but not going to encroach on your trip if not. The banana bread was a much appreciated welcome gift.

Miata Trip to the Black Hills

My wife and I took a short trip for our anniversary to the Black Hills of South Dakota. We stayed at the simply farmhouse in Nemo. We couldn’t have had a better host who was concerned for us throughout our stay. The home sits on a beautiful piece of land and gave us access to both the north and the south Black Hills. There is plenty of parking as I towed a trailer with our Miata inside. I can’t say enough good about where we stayed, the location, the owners of the property, and the property itself. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place, this is it. Everything was as it was described on their listing. Thank you, Jody and Rick for such a wonderful time and I hope you get to Alaska before long to do some fishing!!

Simply amazing

My family and i spent 6 days at Rick and Jody's amazing home while exploring the black hills. This house had everything we needed and then some and was very well decorated to make a person feel at home. Walking in and haveing a very nice personal note and fresh banana bread was the iceing on the cake for us. We would recommend this house a million times over and when we come back to South Dakota there is no question where we are staying.

Nicest place we have ever stayed at in the Black Hills region.

Beautiful house and property grounds. Wild deer and turkeys everywhere. Owners were awesome. Had homemade banana bread waiting for us. Beautiful fireplace. Comfortable beds. Close to trails. Will be back soon. Perfect.

Great host and property
