  • Discover this charming 2-room apartment, approximately 40m2, located on the ground floor of the La Ferme de Sandra residence, in the heart of Haute-Nendaz. Thanks to its central and sunny location, it is an ideal pied-à-terre for a couple's stay, both in summer and in winter.



    The entrance opens onto a corridor serving a lovely living room with south/west exposure and including a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster. A dining area as well as a lounge space with access to a large 15 m² terrace facing west complete this pleasant living space.



    The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) and has direct access to a south-facing balcony.

    The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.



    The residence has an elevator, a ski room with private locker as well as a common laundry room (for a fee).

    A private outdoor parking space is reserved in front of the building.



    Comfortable and warm, this apartment is the ideal starting point to fully enjoy the alpine landscapes, ski slopes just 350 meters away in winter, hiking trails in summer and all the activities offered by Haute-Nendaz.
