"The hotel is 30 years old, so many facilities in the room didn't function properly. The design of the bath tub is dangerous. Very slippery. The ventilation system in the bathroom doesn't work properly so the floor and the wall are all full of mold or dirty stains. The house keeping staffs forgot to dry the floor in the bathroom, forgot to refill the conditioner, and forgot to vacuum the carpet, and forgot to provide the new tea bags. The mattres and pillows are comfort. The cabin door for the refrigerator i broken. In general, the staffs in the front desk are freindly and hepful. "
