「There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort....

La comunicación con el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento y amable con lo que requeríamos. Te pueden guardar tus maletas en caso de q tengas un vuelo en la noche eso nos ayudó mucho. La vista es espectacular y también te reciben con aperitivos agua y vino. Quedamos encantados a volver a reservar nos gustó mucho.」
