“當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。”

“This place was in a very convenient area. It is located behind a RV park but allowed enough privacy. This property is the perfect booking for a solo traveler or couples. I traveled here by myself and had a great time. ”

“Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience……

“I was surprised at how nice the hotel was. I thought it was going to be heavily skewed toward the casino, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very easy to get to the hotel part without having to walk through the casino. We also got to enjoy the pool which was well maintained. There was also a bowling alley and an arcade that we didn't have time to explore, but there are definitely amenities geared toward families.”

“This was a hit and miss. The lodge reception was closed, so needed to drive to casino to check in. It was busy at 4pm but the staff was very fast and friendly. The suite was large with a living room, balcony and bedroom, 2 TVs and with 2 bathrooms. The en suite bathroom had the vanity light not working so it was dark but plenty of fresh towels. The 2nd bathroom shower head didn't function at all. Since it was only myself I chose to use the other bathroom. The place was clean, a nice window……

“Room was great clean. Kitchen had what you needed. The laundry was free so that was a plus for us hiking all day the red rocks stain clothes and shoes!! Pool was amazing and staff was friendly and accommodating.”

“Right in the center of everything. This is an older style inn which suited us fine. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed. The inside courtyard provided a communal space to sit and relax, read or have a quick bite. This is by the main street but the rooms don't face directly on it so are fairly quiet but you do get some noise. Overall a great place to stay.”

“I picked this hotel because it was on our way back from the grand canyon and we wanted to stay a night to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the view. Mind you I booked a room with a view and the big bath tub. When we arrived we were told we were placed on the first floor behind the stairs with no view which the front desk employee asked if I wanted to be moved but would no longer have the tub but honestly at the moment i was tired and didn't even care so i took the room with no view.
