Staff was very nice. This place is what you'd expect for the price. Old, worn rooms. Most lighting doesn't work. Stairs by room are broken down and blocked off. Blood stain on sheets. Stains on towels. You get what you pay for. But for one night sleep, I'll suck it up. Lol

For the price it was an ok room. They only clean the visible areas and not underneath or behind any furniture. There was a pair of shorts left behind one of the shelves we found. I told my son to not touch the curtains because I wasn’t sure what was on them. The floors creak horribly. I’ve been in worse but this could have been a lot better as well

The room given not cleaned. No hot tub. Then another room given. It was remodeled, Someone did poor job. Breakfast more continental. Property really needs remodeling. The front desk person was trying hard to help us. Almost cancelled and tried to find another property. But we were so tired.

Room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell and bed spread had cigarette burns in it. Very dirty will not stay here again.

You did book a smoking room and smoking rooms do usually hold that smell unfortunately. We do only have a couple smoking rooms all others rooms are non smoking. We hope you will give us another chance and we can get you into a non smoking room where I think you will be much happier.

I thought we paid for hot water. That was a 25 minute wait. Remote did not work. They were willing to have us change rooms over a couple of remote batteries Smoke alarm chirped all night. Wonderful. Breakfast was as expected. Outside really needed a good scrubbing. Please remember to pull in straight in the parking lot. Under threat of being towed away. We shall avoid the establishment and any other motel with the name.

The way the building sets and the parking if we allow guests to back in and they run their vehicle to warm up the exhaust gets trapped in the hall way and with the heaters to the rooms as well as the doors to guest rooms, the exhaust can move into the room and that is not safe for the guest or emoployees so yes we ask that you do not back in for saftey.

Our key card did not work so we could not get into our room. The lady from the desk came and checked the door handle and said the batteries were dead and she could not help because her shift was up and she was going home. A man came to the desk and gave my husband another keycard and told him our room was "down at the end". It was in a different building at the end. A set of stairs we taped off with yellow tape because they were broken down and unsafe. We had to go up DIRTY and badly worn steps with a loose handrail. When we opened the door, there was a used Q-Tip right in from of the door on the floor, there were bits of crackers on the carpet and a hanger was on the floor. The room was horrible. It had a broken, dirty hide-a-bed, a broken lampshade and plug-ins without electrical power. The light in the toilet room did not work. The plug-in for the sink was pulled out. THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONDEMNED TEN YEARS AGO OR MORE! IT IS A DISGRACE TO BE OPERATING IN THE USA!

The place is run down and needs some upkeep. One set of stairs were crumbling. I had to put a towel down between the room and the bathroom due to carpet staples sticking up, poking my feet. The room was surface cleaned, however needed a deep cleaning.

The beds are so wore out and you sink all the way down, the toilet is broken and not even fadtene to the floor. Be very careful getting off of it or you'll fall over. The shower pull only lets half the water out of shower head leaving little pressure. Advertised breakfast but it is continental.. big difference.Certainly would not recommend this property to others or stay here again

I couldnt take a comfortable shower. The water wouldnt get hot and it ended up all over the floor. I only had 3 rough towels to dry off with and dry the floor.

We had a flood in our room when the bathtub was draining. The front desk lady said she would contact Expedia to arrange for a price reduction/refund…never happened. The new tiles were cracked in the room we were moved to, and the room supplies were very limited and of poor quality. The parking space outside by the rooms was littered with cigarette butts.

We too are not fond of the constant cigarette butts that are tossed onto the floor DAILY, we do provide many trash cans and butt cans throughout the property however we have not mastered the art of getting people to use them. We apologize for the inconvenience of the toilet overflowing onto the floor. though the desk clerk tried to do all she could to accommodate the situation and was able to get you into another room, we do apologize that it was not on the same floor we do understand that was important to you. We are looking into why you have not received any information from the discount situation. Again, we apologize for the issues that occurred during your stay and hope you give us another chance to earn back your business.

There was nothing unique about this property but for the price it was average. The "breakfast" left something to be desired. Twinkies, etc. are not breakfast food IMHO. The advertised internet was not available. There is a small note in the office saying it might not be accessible in all areas -- it was even available in the office! Couldn't make a reservation for our next stop so that was very disappointing.

Property unclean. Noisy party all night. Tried calling front desk about noise but they did not answer call. Uncomfortable beds. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed for just a quick overnight, but the room was good and warm when we arrived. We slept well and the breakfast was sufficient with fruit, instant oatmeal choices, hard boiled eggs, waffles, and the typical Continental Breakfast things. I would stay here again.

Clean with comfortable beds.
We booked this as our one night dog friendly stop over there and back to California from Canada. We had the same room on the way back as on the way down. Room was clean, linens, towels, clean. Bed comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor, which is easy in and out with the dog. No issue with noise. In our room there is a carpet holder exposed on the threshold of carpet to tile in the bathroom area and I did step on it a couple of times, which is a bit Ouchy, be nice if they fixed that. There was also no internet, they struggle to get consistent internet to all areas of the motel. If you plan to eat at Denny's mention you are staying at the motel and you will get a 10% discount.
