“We were down in Sanpete county for a family reunion, so this was a perfect spot between Manti for the temple and Fairview for the reunion. If you have something happening at Snow College it would be a perfect location!”

“Cool spot. Right next to the beach. The power never charged that well. It runs off of solar power. It got a little windy that night but was still pretty nice location. The owner let us stay on the beach a little longer as well. They seemed very nice.”

“As expected, the tent was on a cool lake in a very remote spot. Unfortunately, the tent was definitely not the one pictured in the listing. The listing showed a round tent, and this one was a typical “house” style. It is quite windy on the lake, so be prepared to keep the tent closed up. The lake itself is hard to use, but it was a beautiful sunset. They had a bathroom trailer nearby but hauled it off at night, so we had to drive to some less than desirable accommodations up the hill. Overall,……

“I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house……

“The theme of our retreat was about ranch-style living. We did some cooking, crafting, hiking and singing 'round the campfire. It was a delight! The refrigerator is rather small if you are planning to bring enough food for 10 or more. But the table is terrific - we got 14 around it comfortably. And there is an additional fridge in the outbuilding. The bunks are uncomfortable for people over about 40 years old but children can clamber into and out of them easily. “This was the perfect spot to gather our family of 15 who came from 4 different states. We ranged in age from 5 to 78 and there was always something for everyone - a nice pool, hot tub, pool table, Foosball, large kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and plenty of bedrooms and triple bunk beds that the kids enjoyed!”

“This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities.……

“We had a really good time! It is the cutest little house. There is plenty of things to do and keep you busy. The guide that the host gives is super helpful if you’re looking for things to do as well. The only thing that was challenging (which is really minor) is the kitchen. We did have to get creative when making our meals but it wasn’t impossible.”

“This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature. The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails. If you're down in this area, give it a go!”

“Coolest place ever! Who doesn’t dream of staying in a treehouse? We surprised our kids and they were in heaven! The grounds are gorgeous as well and the bathroom shed was really nice. John visited with us for a bit and he was so welcoming and takes pride in his beautiful space.”
