“This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. ”

“一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店”

“Great condition and great amenities at a good price and all close to the centre. Parking can get filled up so would be useful to be able to book it in advance in future.”

“Large and roomy apartment and well stocked and clean. Minor downside being that the mezzanine bedroom ceiling was very low and would need guests to crouch when entering or leaving this room. ”

“Todella siisti, täysin varusteltu asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Ikkunat Cavern Clubin yläkertassa, mihin kuului Matthew streetin kymmenien baarien musiikki läpi yön, joten jos kaipaat hiljaisuutta niin tämä ei ole sinulle. Viestintä vuokraajan puolelta toimi moitteetta ja ohjeet avainten saantiin jne. oli todella selkeää. ”

“住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。”

“Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the……

“Apartment was great. Tea/coffee was in the room when it wasn't expected. Plenty of space & very comfortable. Wierd smell coming from the stairwell which we could smell as we were the apartment next to it but apart from that, we had a great stay. ”

“Great hotel in a rather stunning location. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. The spa facilities were really good with an innovative walkway over the canal. The swimming pool was bigger than average spa pools. Well equipped gym. The location was easily accessible for the city centre and lovely walks along the canal. This area is liberally spread with numerous bars and eateries to suit all palates. Had a wonderful spa weekend with great friends, we all had a brilliant time……
