"the venue closed at 6pm Sunday night but I was not made aware of that, so I could not get a meal at the venue. Would be good if the venue put a notice in each room advising of this. As the carpark was at the back behind the hotel, I had to use the escape stairs and go up 3 flight s of steep metal stairs to get in at night or walk all the way around the block into the front, which was not on for a female alone late at night. The TV did not work properly, audio kept cutting out every couple of words."

"The bedside lighting did not work and the aircon shut down within seconds of being switched on. On reporting it to reception my wife received a brash response of "how can you report this 5 minutes before my shift is finishing - I do not have time to call an electrician". We asked for a new room, but were told that all were occupied only to be handed a key at 7.30 the next morning for us to move into a perfectly clean unoccupied room by the lady on duty."
