This 2 bedroom apartment occupies the lower level of a 3 storey house in Nerja. It has a private pool, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests. 



It is an affordable and comfortable property, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Local shops and restaurants are located within 500 meters of the apartment as well.

The swimming pool measure 6 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.8 meters at the deep end and 1.1 meters at the shallow end.



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.

The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighbourhood and is a popular choice for both families and couples. The apartment has an independent entrance from the main villa located above and it has dedicated access to the pool area which is not shared with anyone.



A car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa for getting around but is not essential.
