no problem with staff really helpful rooms comfortable pool nice could do with better loungers. but im very sorry the breakfast lets the hotel down just not fresh not enough choice + the fruit was off please change this + people would be a lot happier

Clean room. Nice staff. Sea view . The breakfast let the hotel down fruit not fresh awful choice of cheese and meat in horrible old chiller. Pastries not good just had bread roll and jam every morning. Really need to look at the whole set up and make a lot of changes.

Welcome to Nerja! What a place to pick for a relaxing holiday, with almost 360 degrees of view! Enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony, with a pair of sunloungers and outside shower. Views spanning from the mountain range to the north, down the hillside over the beautiful town. A spacious room with a nice bathroom. The room entry door faces the pool, and another great balcony overlooking the rest of the town below. Directly across from a supermarket, you will find great produce to stock your fridge. An easy walk into the town square for access to the beaches and local sights. It is a visual feast , and a relaxing atmosphere. Nerja is certainly the place to recharge. Hotel Los Arcos is a comfortable place to choose for your stay, making a great base for activities and sightseeing tours. Consider booking your stay, and enjoy the lifestyle.

Oldie but goodie

We were there during off season and it was delightful. The pool was open as was the restaurant in the evenings. The staff made it wonderful. So accommodate and friendly. Very convenient location.

Great value for money.

Very friendly staff, lovely room and breakfast. Good menu available in restaurant and voucher given for free drink with meal was a lovely gesture. Would definitely book again.

Great with a minor issue

Wifi in the room close to useless - weak, unstable and slow. The view from the room was fantastic and the private balcony was great. In total a great stay.

The hotel and grounds are lovely, though not so easily walkable from the bus station. Once there, the bar, dining, and breakfast are well above average. The pool and pool area have lovely views of the Mediterranean. The room was huge by European standards. Great place for a few nights.

Awesome room for a family of three! It was huge and my daughter had her own bed on a pullout sofa. We had a spacious patio with a table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs. Partial sea view from our room on the ground floor, if you are on a higher floor you could see more. Breakfast was included and had a decent amount of options.

Great hotel,even better with these travel tips.

Top class hotel,staff wonderful, room magnificent, food very good, and well priced.Happy hour 5.00pm until 9.00 pm!!! Lovely pool. A very minor difficulty is distance from town centre, about a mile depending upon route, but town bus one Euro pp, and taxi about six Euros per trip. Discover bus stops and the two taxi ranks, and life becomes a pleasure !

Very traditional and special

Perfect!Room was gorgeous, and very spacious with a large balcony with loungers and table with two chairs. Room faced the gorgeous swimming area and pool.restaurant was excellent and great value! Long happy hour! Very extensive breakfast included ! Staff were all very polite and helpful. Highly recommend it. About 1mile walk to Balcón or 5 mins taxi ride. Great !

Nice little hotel

Nice, clean, small hotel with friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Comfortable double bed in the room. Terrace with a view. We had made reservations for three adults (mother and two young adult children) and some how ended up with what seemed to be a double room with a very comfortable double bed and a completely terrible and uncomfortable extra bed. It was sqeeky, unstable with a really bad mattress. We managed as we only stayed one night.

An average property with limited facilities, no comfortable lounge area, small pool, a distance from central Nerja & dining/bar areas. Restaurant food was nice and repetitive breakfast which was adequate. Limited parking. Supermarket adjacent, little public transport so walk down into town 20 mins and 10 euro taxi back up. Nerja is nice and some nice beaches. If you do Alhambra Palace independently be aware ID needed such as passport or driving photo licence to get in if you just roll up. Hope this helps. Los Arcos hotel is fine clean, tidy reasonable size rooms just a bit too far out in a personal level to say would recommend or stay again.

Nice place to relax

We only stayed one night, as breaking the journey from Granada to Malaga airport. It's a lovely hotel. It is a bit of a walk down to the beach from it, as it's up on the outskirts of the town centre. There is parking, but not lots of space. The room we had was enormous and lots of facilities. The terrace was huge and had stunning views to the sea. Lovely pool area too. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant attached and it serves fabulous food. There's a happy hour (lasts for 2 hours, from 5pm) for drinks too and you can sit outside in the front. Breakfast is fantastic, buffet of hot (eggs, bacon, sausage) and cold foods, all the fruit and pastries you can eat, cereals etc. It's a lovely hotel and I would have liked to stay longer. I'd definitely go back, didn't have chance to use the pool, it was a little cold on the day we arrived (April).

Our flight was delayed leaving the UK, so everything was delayed. We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. They were great! A lovely lady named Rosa was very helpful, her English was very good so we could confirm an approximate time of our arrival. They were waiting for us and even made time so that we could have a drink. The staff overall were great, friendly and efficient and very hard working. Our room was clean, the beds very comfortable, there was a fridge and safe for our use and our bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower with fresh towels when we needed them. From the balcony, we had a sea view one way and the mountains the other. The hotel swimming pool was almost right outside our door, we didn't use it, but it was there. Breakfast was a very generous buffet with a choice to suit every taste. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and would recommend it. The food was excellent and it was fairly priced. Would I recommend Hotel Los Arcos? Yes. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

Lovely hotel, think they could offer a local taxi number as very steep walk back and forth to beach, uber was quoting €20 but local firm which we found on last day was €6!!
