Accommodation nice size for 5 adults. Outside are was clean and spacious with a nice size pool. Accommodation in perfect area, 10 walk to either beach or to the town.

Excellent Villa.
Great location for The Old Town and Burriana beach. The Villa is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy King size bed in Master bedroom and 2 spacious single rooms. Nice size pool but too cold to swim in in March !!. I have used Nerja Paradise rentals 3 times now and the customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend their Villas and will return.
A laundry basket would be of great help.

Villa Jasmine is a well located, very clean and well appointed villa...great holiday location
Villa Jasmine is a well placed, very clean single storey villa. The three bedrooms were of a good size, and bathrooms well appointed and well placed. Kitchen has all usual appliances and everything worked. We made a request for replacement light bulbs and extra towels and these were completed very quickly. The unheated swimming pool is quite large for this type of property and was usuable even in April due to the good weather. Great location only 10-12 minutes to centre of Nerja, through pleasant clean streets. Great holiday.
Although very clean thoughout, there were a collection old plastic hangers from previous users in all the wardrobes. For a villa of this standard, I would expect these to be removed and replaced with good quality hangers....but this a is a very small issue!
