“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing.
After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation. It will be better after it.

“Communication was slow and inefficient (they only replied a message in three days or so). Arrived late on the day and already told the camp site, then found that they didn’t provide the self check-in code as they thought payment was missing. Contacted hotels.com staff who was so nice to fix that.

“Enjoyed many amenities such as, swimming pool in which you can actually swim, I believe it’s between 15-20 meters long. Hot tub was not very big and wasn’t hot but wasn’t an inconvenience as both the Steam room & Sauna were great.
