Nestle Inn is a classic oceanfront beach cottage right in the heart of Neskowin, with incredible views of the surf and iconic Proposal Rock. This is an easy, comfortable Oregon Coast getaway: all one level, steps to the sand, and just a couple blocks from the Neskowin marketplace, Hawk Creek Cafe, ice cream, and golf.

The vaulted living room has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, bringing the beach and Proposal Rock right into view. Relax by the stone fireplace, watch the waves from the sofa, or step outside to the spacious oceanfront deck. From there, beach access is simple just head out the door and onto the sand.
The kitchen is well set up for meals at home, with a large island, breakfast bar seating, Jenn-Air grill, and two wall ovens. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the island.

Three ocean-view bedrooms offer comfortable space for your group, including a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk room. The garage adds extra fun with ping-pong and foosball.

Location: Nestle Inn is located on The Point in Neskowin, one of the village's most desirable oceanfront locations. With Proposal Rock in view, the beach just steps outside, and Hawk Creek Cafe, Neskowin Trading Company, ice cream, and golf only a couple blocks away, it is hard to imagine a better spot for an easy beach stay.
Neskowin is loved for its quiet village feel, wide sandy beach, walkable amenities, and slower pace. Pacific City and Lincoln City are both less than 20 minutes away, but this location makes it easy to settle in, leave the car parked, and enjoy Neskowin.

Home Layout: Single level home.Living Room: TV/DVD, ocean views, fireplace, dining room, kitchen. Bedroom 1: King bed, full bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Full-on-bottom/twin-on-top bunk bed, plus one twin bunk bed. Top bunks 150 pound weight limit. Full bath in hallway. Garage: Ping-pong table and foosball table

Parking maximum: 3 cars

County regulations require NO MORE than 8 guests on, in, or around the entire property for the duration of the stay. No additional day use guests allowed.
NO PETS. This is a quiet neighborhood and any violations of the occupancy or parking are subject to immediate eviction. Please contact us if you have any questions.

This home is only available for individual bookings. We are unable to accommodate reservations that are part of larger groups booking multiple homes in the area.

External security cameras are in use. Cameras are exterior only and face outward toward the garage, parking area, and lane entrance.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
