“Great pub with rooms with everything we needed. If you are lucky, as we were, you will get magnificent views over the Teign estuary. We didn't get to eat with them in the evening but two locals informed us it was their go to place for an evening meal.”

“Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. ”

“Wir waren als älteres Ehepaar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Bad und Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann hervorragend betreut. Das Frühstück war exelent. Parken vor dem Haus. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuß gemacht. Bis in die City und zur Strandpromenade zwischen 20 - 30 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. ”

“Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. ”

“The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. ”
