「What an incredible experience. We had no idea what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised by this lovely home. The owners were kind, accommodating, generous and overall wonderful. The villa itself was perfectly put together. We felt safe and well taken care of. The outdoor space was relaxing and there was direct access to the beach while providing security. Don’t miss out! 」

「Tutto perfetto, comodo ed elegante. Parcheggio interno.」

「Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.」

「Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here.」

「Good location. Close enough to walk to supermarket and 2 train stations. Pool was nice. Air conditioning very helpful during the summer heat. Would recommend to any groups up to 4 people.」

「We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.」

La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. 「We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

Well located between the beaches of Sabaudia and San Felice Ciscero a quick trip to the beach is just minutes away all in all a perfect location with a great host.」
