Nous avons choisi ce logement car les photos Ă©taient attrayantes, et la situation Ă©tait idĂ©ale.Cependant, le logement en lui-mĂȘme n'Ă©tait pas vraiment conforme aux photos : - mobilier abĂźmĂ©- prise manquante dans la chambre- literie pas confortable- lit pliant dans la seconde chambre laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer- propretĂ© Ă  revoir- tĂąches d'humiditĂ©, odeur d'humiditĂ©, rance dans l'appartement- pas de couettes pour faire les lits, nous avons dĂ» en acheter nous-mĂȘmes- pas de papier WC prĂ©vu Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, alors que gĂ©nĂ©ralement on laisse un rouleau pour les nouveaux arrivantsPour finir, nous avons dĂ» payer 70euros pour les charges, alors que nous n'avons pas mis de chauffage, et n'avons pas cuisinĂ©.Nous n'avons occupĂ© le logement que pour dormir et prendre notre douche. Nous n'Ă©tions dans l'appartement que de minuit Ă  environ 8-9 heures le matin.

Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Die Wohnung war feucht und muffig. Wir haben kaum geschlafen. Nie wieder. Das Geld war zum Fenster rausgeschmissen. Der Concierge hatte bei der Anreise zum vereinbarten Termin eine Stunde VerspÀtung.

Les piĂšces sont trĂšs bien distribuĂ©es. L'installation Ă©lectrique est assez folklorique.. mais on finit par s' y faire. La mĂ©tĂ©o "variĂ©e" nous a fait dĂ©couvrir un agrĂ©able bien-ĂȘtre, mĂȘme quand le ciel est gris. Le chĂąteau d'Hardelot est une "petite merveille"...Ă  bien conserver et entretenir. N.B. l'appartement est bien en rez de jardin mais pas au RDC de la... chaussĂ©e.(penser aux personnes qui ont une arthrose Ă  la suite d'une entorse...mal soignĂ©e, qui ont du mal Ă  monter des escaliers) Comportement du concierge trĂšs correct.

Excellent sĂ©jour, appartement et Ă©quipements vraiment au top , mais 
.. QUEL DOMMAGE : canapĂ© lit avec 2 lattes manquantes et une cassĂ©e !!! Mal dormir 4 jours quand on est en vacances pour se reposer (dans un appartement au demeurant gĂ©nial) , c’est vraiment la fausse note 
 Alors sincĂšrement : avec un nouveau convertible ,je mets 20/20 Ă  cet appartement ! Mais changer le canapĂ© est indispensable.

Sur l'annonce il n'est indiqué nul part que vous avez des charges à payer en plus du montant de la location. Il n'y à pas de place de parking réservée, comme nous pourrions croire en lisant cette annonce. Bref nous avons passer une semaine en se demandant ce qui allait arriver en plus à la fin du bail. De plus vous aurez à faire à un service de conciergerie qui prends 5 minutes chrono à l'arrivée et au départ et aucuns renseignements sur ce qu'il pourrait y avoir à faire à proximité et vous ne verrez pas le propriétaire. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.

Bel appartement bien agencé, une grande chambre parentale, un séjour agréable, et une salle de bain pratique avec une grande douche de plein pied, situé à 150m de la plage accessible à pied. TrÚs grande gentillesse et disponibilité du concierge qui gÚre la location. Ce qui ne va pas: Appartement non accessible aux PMR, deux volées d'escaliers assez raides pour atteindre l'appartement; porte du four dans la cuisine "déglinguée"; fuite d'eau du lavabo de salle de bain; manque de pression d'eau dans la belle douche bien pratique...

A well appointed ground floor flat. Plenty of space for the two of us. Spacious and well equipped. Very close to the beach and a short walk from the centre of Hardelot. No wifi. Weren't expecting to have to pay a €300 deposit on arrival. Utilities are on top of the rental price and are payable at the end of the stay in cash. Having said all that, we would go back due to location and amenities.
