Smoking Disclosure
We take pride in offering a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure this, our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy indoors.

Smoking Fee: A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found within the premises. This fee covers professional odor removal and property restoration to maintain a smoke-free environment.

Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the fee will be applied accordingly.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

We had family in town (Grass Valley) from Bay Area and East Coast. We all enjoyed the incredible views and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. My mother in law celebrated her 90th birthday and was able to get away and we all felt like we had a nice vacation. Thank you!
