"Everything was great, especially the location — it's right in the middle of the Strip. The staff were kind and patient. The room was comfortable and clean. The only small issue was with the self-check-in kiosk. I completed every step properly until the final payment. Although the POS machine worked fine, the kiosk asked me to try again three times. This resulted in my credit card being charged three times. (Fortunately, when I eventually waited in line, the staff found the extra payments and refunded them.)"
