“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“The only change I would make is to upgrade a bit in the kitchen, mostly a new frying pan or two and go through the refrigerator items and spices as some were outdated.We had a wonderful stay, and the owners were prompt about any questions we had. During the storm, Betsy went out of her way to see that we had pertinent info if the power went out. The cleaning lady was attentive and helpful as was the owner’s daughter. It’s a sweet little cabin, and we enjoyed our time there very much. Historic……

“House is beautiful and beautifully decorated as well. A few items and a playground for small kids that our friends kids enjoyed. I will come back during warmer weather so I can enjoy the pool and grill. Hot tub was great! It has everything you need to have a great time. Huge TV. Comfortable bed ”
