「The cottage was the perfect rental for our stay in Nevada City. The location was in a very quiet location with great hiking trails, close to Nevada City downtown and only 5 minutes from our family gathering. The hostess was very responsive to any questions we had. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable.」

「The surrounding property was lovely and the host was available. The tap water turned brown because of the rain, ants got into my gear and food, the heater wouldn't work properly, and there was no tv. The host did try to help the situation by providing drinking water by coming in and fiddling with the thermostat and finally providing a space heater. 」
