“1.地點不錯：在格雷梅主街後面，逛街方便 2.餐廳外面可以看到熱氣球升空部分景象！ 3.清晨可以爬上山坡看熱氣球升空！ 4.現在外面沒有彩色布墊可以拍照！ 5.管理員很酷，不太笑，但會儘量幫忙！ 6.乾淨，但暖氣不太暖，幸好熱水還算熱！”

“The hotel offered driver pickup at the airport which we accepted. The driver was shady as can be. He brought us to the hotel and said look at the room quickly and we will show you another property we own nearby and you can choose. He took us to the next town and proceeded to take our luggage out of the car. The room wasn’t sufficient for five people and didn’t have air conditioning in 100 degree heat. The provided us with fans and said not a single hotel in the area had AC, which was completely……

“We stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe rooms, very spacious and clean. The rooms have been decorated well and feels very authentic. Friendly owner and staff, breakfast was delicious. Location is great to get to all areas locally by car and you can walk also to the majority. A very welcoming and charming hotel and looking forward to our next stay. ”

Guests, including ourselves, noted that the Deluxe Balcony room lacked privacy due to a bathroom door that doesn't fully close, which could be uncomfortable for couples or anyone sensitive to noise. “Etwas versteckte...und wird anscheinend nicht mehr unter dem Namen Romance geführt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön, wenn man zeitig aufsteht kann man die vielen Ballons aufsteigen sehen. Das Hotel sehr urig, man hat auch in einigen Zimmern den Höhlen Charakter....allerdings kein Tageslicht.”
