Enjoy stone was brilliant from the moment you step onto the property! There is so much care and ease put into everything! Chumma, Orcun, Azra, Elife and the two beautiful ladies that made the breakfast(I don’t know their names) were incredibly kind and helpful! Really the best! We got in late and within no time we booked our balloon tour which we were fortunate to experience the next morning(phenomenal!) and right away after we got a tour of the area(also so wonderful!).we had an early flight out next day…they packed a thoughtful breakfast for us. The breakfast was divine! The room was stunning. I would come back over and over! Thank you Enjoy!❤️❤️❤️

This was a great stone hotel! We quickly realized that a lot of the area was hotels but we especially liked this one. The breakfast was great and the views from the top floor to see the sunrise hot air balloons and sunset were beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable we would definitely stay here again!

I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. When we first checked in, the room seemed clean enough, but the bathroom was almost unbearable due to a horrible smell coming from the sink drain. The odor lingered, making it difficult to relax.The real trouble began when both my friend and I woke up with itchy bites. Suspecting bed bugs, we reported the issue to the front desk. To their credit, the staff responded by changing our room, which at least remedied the bathroom odor. However, the new room was on the first floor, and I soon discovered the patio door wouldn’t lock—a major security concern that left me feeling uneasy.Unfortunately, the room change did not solve all our problems. My friend continued to develop blisters from the bites, making me wonder if there was an allergy at play or if the infestation had spread. Regardless, it was clear that our comfort and safety were compromised.To add insult to injury, we had booked through Expedia, and the hotel insisted there was no way to refund our remaining two pre-paid nights. We decided our health and peace of mind were worth more than the money lost, so we packed up and checked into a Marriott about 10 mins away, forfeiting our two unused nights each. While the staff tried to address our concerns, the presence of bed bugs, persistent odors, and security flaws in the new room made this stay one I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Lack of refund or compensation added to the frustration

Few things to highlight before you should select this property. 1. I have got room in the basement, don’t know about the other rooms, and AC was not working there 2. No blankets provided 3. Room was also dirty and not maintained as went inside to stay in stone hotel but it’s definitely not recommended because of the rooms condition. 4. Cappadocia and all the things hotel provide like tours and other experiences is very expensive. 5. Breakfast is Okay

We really enjoyed our stay. Elif, Gozde and Oraun offered great recommendations and services at the front desk. The hotel decor was beautiful and the breakfast tasted delicious. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing: we were able to observe the sunrise and the hot air balloons. Great location. I highly recommend Enjoy Stone Hotel.
