Kapadokya’nın eşsiz manzarasını ayaklarımıza serip bununla birlikte mükemmel hizmet veren bir işletmeydi. Konumu harikaydı. Oradaki seyahatimiz boyunca her konuda yardımcı olup sanki haftalardır tatildeymişiz gibi hissettirdiler. Bölgede en güzel manzaralardan birine sahip otelimizde gerek kahvaltı gerek oda temizliği gerekse personel anlamında çok memnun kaldık. Bize sundukları misafirperverlik için tüm çalışanlara işletme sahibi çifte teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar bölge için tatil düşünürsek tereddüt etmeden seçeceğim otel burası olur. Fiyat olarak bölge otelleri ile kıyaslanmayacak kadar uygun olması da cabası.

El trato que nos dieron fue excepcional, los chicos de recepción atentos a cada una de nuestras necesidades. Tuvimos un regalo de bienvenida de dos botellas de vino tinto frutal, el cual puedo decir que fue el mejor vino que eh probado y el desayuno con hermosa vista panorámica y en sabor se sacaron un 10.

A memorable stay at Helike Hotel

Helike is a great hotel to stay in Uchisar. The room was big and very well-decorated. Every morning we had a generous breakfast. Our table was full of delicious food. It felt like having your own buffet at your table. The manager, Mr. Ahmet, made our stay so much pleasant. He helped us buy the tours and was always willing to answer our questions. We had a memorable time at the Helike Hotel and are thinking on going back on our next vacation.

I have mixed feelings about this property. We stayed in the Family Suite with Balcony which was quiet and away from the main section of the property which was nice. However, the suite is actually two separate hotel rooms and only one has a bathroom. To access the bathroom, especially of a night, you need to unlock your door, go outside, unlock the second door and use the bathroom so we had to lock my other guest in their room of a night as we only had one key for each room and I needed it to use the bathroom of a night. The suite (rooms) were in an 'under construction' condition with wires hanging out of walls, no TV and the fridge in the room must have been 20 years old and was disgusting. The bathroom shower did not have a screen so water spilled all over the floor and toilet which was very annoying. The minerals in the water have ruined the main shower head so we had to use the hand held one which was also in very poor condition. The pictures of the hotel were nothing as we experienced. The roof top terrace didn't have any cushions or pillows and it was in fact a storage location for cement amongst other things as the entire property seems to be under construction but the staff never mentioned it or apologised for it which was very unusual. Parking can be challenging as there is no dedicated parking areas for this hotel so I imagine in peak periods it would be impossible. The positives were the staff and breakfast service. They are extremely friendly & helpful!

great service and great view

staff (should be the owners) are super nice!!! They share the culture and their life experience to us in Turkey. They are so talkative and always care about what you need. The breakfast was awesome!!! MUST EAT the tomato sauce and the chilli. my favourite food in Turkey!! Rooms are clean too and you can enjoy the great view in the early morning. Great stay and thanks.
