Exceptional service, gorgeous place

Incredible service with friendly staff. So accomodating with everything. They helped book airport transfers, a traditional cave dinner, Turkish bath and did our laundry. The room was gorgeous and so roomy with everything you would need. In a great location, in a quiet street. A great tradition Turkish buffet breakfast every morning. Can’t say enough great things about this place, we had a lovely time.

Kötü bir tercih yaşadık.

Odada felaket bir koku vardı, gece geç saate kadar dışarda olup havalanmasini sağladık yinede kar etmedi. Jakuzi kenarı kırık olduğundan çok guvenemedik. Odada klima olmadığından çok sıcaktı ve uyumakta zorluk yaşadık. Yine odada mini dolap yoktu soğuk bir içecek tuketemedik. Sabah kahvaltı ve çıkış saati erkendi. Saat 11:30 da sorduk ama kahvaltı saati olmadığından vermediler. Başka yerlerde konakladigimizda mekanlar sorun etmeden kahvaltı veriyorlar fakat yine de kararlarina saygı duyduk.

Super Aufenthalt!

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Junior Suite untergebracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und immer sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und mit aufhängen des Reinigungsschild wurde das Zimmer perfekt sauber und frisch gerichtet. Das Frühstück ist lecker und hausgemacht und wechselt täglich einige Gerichte durch. Vielen Dank!

beklentilerimizi karşıladı ve çok güzel bir haftasonu tatili geçirdik. otel ve oda fotoğraflarda görünenin aynısı, bir sürprizle karşılaşmadık. otel sahipleri kibar ve anlayışlı insanlardı. kahvaltı mükemmel olmasa da yeterliydi, terasta kahvaltı yapmak güzeldi. otelin konumu çok konforluydu, gezmek için arabayı çıkarmamıza gerek bile kalmadı. çevre otellerle kıyaslandığında fiyat/performans olarak üstün olacağını düşünüyorum. her şey için teşekkürler.

Harika bir tatil geçirdik!! Otelin konumu, hizmeti odaların temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık. Otel şehir merkezine ve gezilecek yerlere çok yakın. Nevşehir’e ilk kez gittiğimizden nereleri gezeceğimizi bilmiyorduk. Otelde rota olurşturmamıza bile çok yardım ettiler. 3 günde her yeri gezebildik. Çok teşekkür ederiz ve herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Keyifli bir tesis

Otel, lokasyon olarak iyi bir konumda ve turistik bölgelere yakın. Balon, atv ve at ile gezi için hizmet veren firmalar ile aranızda bir sokak mesafe var. Sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede. Yalnızca ilk gün kahvaltıya katıldım bu sebeple genel bir yorum yapmak doğru olmaz ama bazı hamur işi ürünler bayattı. Yoğunluğun düşük olduğu bu dönemde normal olabilir. Hergün oda temizliği yapılıyordu. Odadaki tek büyük eksik buzdolabının yokluğuydu. Hava şartlarından denk gelemedik ama balonların kalkış anının, gün doğumu ve batımının izlenebileceği güzel bir terası var. Kısa süreli konaklamalarda tercih edilebilir tesis.

Very warm personnel. They treated us like a own family. Very nice, clean and warm hotel room. Very delicious breakfast. And they also helped with hot air balloon and ATV trips. It’s not far away from all restaurants, but at the same time it’s very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

superb staff in ok hotel.

Very nice and acomodating staff, they were very helpful, gave us tips on local atractions, and helped with any queries. Hence rating for staff and customer service is excellent. Our bathroom smelled really bad so they changed our room - it was no problem at all. We got a bigger room but not with Valley view. Few things were different that advertised on hotels.com : no tea / coffee / free water in room, no room cleaning (we stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once), bedding was not premium. Our bed mattress was comfortable but board underneath squeaked like it was half broken. Breakfast was not a buffet breakfast but we got a ready plate of food and fried egg and some sausage - my partner liked it but I would prefer more fresh veg and omit all the carbs. I understand that there were few guests in the hotel hence they didn’t want to do a buffet but got plates ready for each guest. overall our stay was ok and we appreciated great efforts of staff but the experience could be improved. There is access to the roof terrace but all the chairs etc are put away so if we wanted to sit at the terrace we had to get the chairs. All this is not a big deal but it’s little different to what is advertised and to what you see in photos. Staff however is super nice and they made us feel really welcome and we’re generally very very helpful. Location is also great.

Comfort in Cappadocia

We stayed at Maron Stone House for 3 nights. Everything worked, and the service was good from the friendly staff. Location is excellent - easy walking distance to transport hub and restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, avoid room 4,as the stairway is right outside the window. All in all, good value for your money.
