「The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. 」

「So I checked into my room after walking my dog. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk and maintenance was not on staff and they couldn’t switch me to another room for whatever reason so I had a non functional toilet for my stay. No offer of a discount, a free breakfast or even a bottle of water. Who stays anywhere without a toilet????」
