“We stayed for my son weeding weekend. Cabin was pleasant and comfortable for our short stay. AC worked great and stayed cool our interior stay. If you want to be left alone and away from others this is your place. Be advised there’s spotty cell service around the area and limited at the cabin. Only negative I have.”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The property was quiet and relaxing! Got to see some sweet bunnies while drinking my morning coffee. “Perfect location for 3 generations to celebrate an Aggie Graduation! The back porch was an awesome place to visit and enjoy the peaceful location while we used the pit to cook burgers. Big bonus was that the master bed was extremely comfortable.We would definitely consider staying again.”

“Great secluded location with beautiful view and swimming pool. If you like country living this is the place for you. Commercial ice maker in garage is a nice touch. Two small observations: Bed count seems off, which did not make any difference to our group because we were smaller and kitchen could use a little better cooking pots, pans and utensils. “This cottage was an unexpected gem! We have traveled all over the country for baseball with our family of 5. Hotels are a challenge because one child is stuck on a couch or blowup mattress. This cottage had 4 beds upstairs that were very comfortable for the kids. We were able to cook breakfast for ourselves in the full kitchen. “This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. “Great property. Isolated. Nature/birds. Pictures don’t do it justice; much better in person. Home was extremely spacious. Comfortably fit 3 adults 4 children. Wish we spent more time at the property itself because of how beautiful it was. Host is kind and friendly, always available via text message. Location is far from common areas (college station)- which was about a 45-60 minute drive. Was not an issue for us, though. Roads are dark when driving late at night. Overall, great stay!……

“Our stay at the Restore 38 Ranch was everything we had hoped it would be. It was secluded enough that we could enjoy our time outside without any concerns but close enough to town to shop and go to restaurants. “I like everything about the hotel. receptionist was very polite and helpful every time I had a question to be answer or if I needed anything from them. the only thing I didn't like was the room door, it would not lock right away, I would have to push the door hard to make sure it was lock. But everything else I can say it was an ok for me.”
