“I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer available . Otherwise truly appreciated everything about this……

“The house was very welcoming and the space itself was really nice. Overall, we had a good experience. A deeper cleaning would have made it even better, particularly with dust, the washcloths, and the washing machine. With a little more attention to those details, it would easily be a top-tier stay.”

“The house had a nice large living room/kitchen/eating area open layout. We had ten people total and had plenty of room. The large bedroom that seems to have a king and a queen size bed also had a crib/changing table combo and a pack n play in an open small room off the large room. We had trouble with our boat our second day and needed help on Sunday and our host gave us a contact and they came and helped us and allowed us to get on the water on Sunday. Great service. We cooked two nights and……

“This is a very well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of space. The beds are comfy, the house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with what you need. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it for any future trips to Royal Oak. The hosts are very responsive if you need to reach them, which is helpful. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.”

“The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again.”
