Location worked for us
Eclectic inexpensive furnishings but great location for visiting relatives in Fairfield Harbour. We spent little time at the unit, but liked having available fridge, microwave, and Wi-Fi. Pest control service came while we were there so I know is contracted for regular visits and saw no bugs. It is a quiet location parking at the front and walkway through the “woods” behind.

Close to Club
We needed a pet friendly place close to Blackbear Sailing Club for a regatta. This place was right across the street from the club. The accommodations reminded me of a hotel room with a balcony, which was ok for us as we were gone most of the time racing or site seeing. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. It was a few miles to grocery stores, but when we were there traffic wasn’t too bad.
