“The property was very clean. We did not cook while we were there but seemed to be plenty of dishes. It was right on the river so very convenient. It was comfortable and as pictured. Beds were comfy.”

“It was an older condo but pretty well cleaned. The condo was super dark so we had to have lights on during the day. I thought from photos that we were overlooking the River and pool but faced the road. The pool was green so wasn’t usable. The beds were big and high. It was a bit of a jump to get in. Lots of pillows, blankets and towels. Beds weren’t comfortable and everyone complained their backs hurt, even our teen. A/c didn’t seem to to cool that well. It wasn’t humid so that wasn’t a……

“Great location! Was a great place to go for a girls retreat! This was our 2 time to stay and the owners were so thoughtful…. Had a wonderful strudel waiting for us when we got there!”

“My two adult daughters and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a tube rental to go floating on the river which we truely enjoyed. There were great places to eat close by. We went to Guene, San Antonio and San Marcus which are all a short drive. It was easy to check in and out. We would rent this condo again.”

“My boys (11 and 9) throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The waterfront was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful….except when my boys were jumping into the cold river. 😂. While most water attractions were closed when we visited, we found plenty of great outdoor activities to keep us busy. We will definitely return in the near future!”

“This unit is perfect. It had every thing we needed. Half the patio was in the shade the other in the sun. It was private and just great for my fur baby. Close to the water and the pool. It was a little chilly so the heated pool was so nice. We will definitely stay here again. I would remind everyone the rules are there for a reason. You don’t want to wake up in the morning and find out your car has been towed because you did not follow the rules! The host was available for any and all questions……

“Stairs were required to access our room. "View" from our balcony was of the parking lot (Texas style, very bare and uninviting, but lots of birds in the trees around the swimming pool! Lots of grills, good parking. Very roomy space, nice bathroom, beautiful hottub! Couldn't open curtains due to proximity of neighboring residences. musty odor or cleaning solution? on entering property. Very friendly and polite management, who informed me (after we left) of underwear they found in a……

“If I could have given more stars I would have!! This condo was better than the photos. From the moment we entered I felt at home and excited. We took our family dog and even she did not want to leave! The condo was exceptionally clean, has everything you use in your own home. Just take your family,friends,yourself and show up. The host was super quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We WILL be back!”
