Hillcountry Bungalow Escape - Minutes from Attractions

Cozy bungalow in a quiet country neighborhood only a few minutes drive from the bars, restaurants, shops and live music in both downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. Perfect for couples or traveling professionals, the bungalow is well equipped offering a full kitchen, comfortable King bed, and access to your own washer/dryer. Kick on the electric fireplace and enjoy Netflix and other streaming apps from your chaise couch. Relax watching an abundance of local wildlife from your back balcony or rest by your outdoor chiminea. Parking is a breeze with your own off-street pad large enough for two vehicles and a private walk leading to your bungalow entrance.

Less than 5 miles from the bars, restaurants and shops of downtown New Braunfels, Landa Park, Wurst Fest, Schlitterbahn and popular float sites on the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. A short 6 miles to multiple attractions in Gruene. Less than 2 miles from pharmacies, restaurants and the HEB grocery store.

Sweet little house in the hills
It was the perfect place to stay for our play at the John Newcombe Tennis Camp. It was just 1 mile away and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plus, it was super clean and private.

Love this bungalow
The inside of the bungalow was decorated similar to rustic chic and looked newly renovated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities! Seeing the family of deer daily was a treat. Texted the owner once to help get the Netflix working on the TV. She was there in a few minutes & got us set up. Very nice and helpful. Recommend🙌

Friend's getaway
This was a moms getaway and birthday weekend for us. The place was comfy and super clean. The host provides everything you could need to make for an enjoyable trip. It was very close to all nearby attractions. The only tips or suggestions would be to add a wall clock and light by the bed. But the mattress was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to others and try to come back again.

Home Away From Home
Very cute and clean bungalow that had everything needed for your stay. All you really need to pack is your clothes and tooth brush. Neighborhood was super quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer and birds. Was peaceful having so much nature right in the backyard. We will definitely come back for a stay!

We liked that it was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and we loved seeing the deer out and about. It was close to grocery stores, the comal river, and places to eat. Loved the entire stay. Honestly, it's hard to think of anything this place didn't have.

Great little spot
Bungalow was so adorable and perfect for two people! Based off of the photos of the property I figured it was a bit more secluded than it actually was - you’re in a residential neighborhood, and the bungalow is a respectable ways away from the owner’s house. We felt our privacy was respected every step of the way, and the bungalow was completely equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend!
