*PET FRIENDLY!* Step inside this spacious and well-appointed cottage on River Road in New Braunfels, minutes from Canyon Lake, Gruene, San Marcos, Seguin, and Bulverde! Finished with all the comforts of home, you will enjoy a cozy getaway in this 966 square foot cottage. Built in 2023, this 2-bedroom/2-bath unit offers a full kitchen with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, dining, and living area with sleeper sofa. Take a swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or have a swing on our exclusive pickle ball court with basketball!

Our 15 units vary in size with the largest unit sleeping up to 10 guests. Come enjoy our amenities including a pool, pickleball/basketball court, covered pavilion, and a dog park!
Our sister property, which all guests have access to, has private riverfront access with partnered tube trips daily during the high season. Perfect location for fishing during the low season. Enjoy everything that River Road has to offer!
