Spring Break Trip

We stayed here over spring break weekend. It is close to a lot of adventures but also far enough out to not feel like your in a big city.

Nice little spot!

Great Home, Poorly Managed

The home was nice. The homeowner did a great job with the remodel. Furniture was nice and the inside of the home was clean. The backyard area was not well kept. The grill was dirty, patio table and chairs covered in dirt, fireplace chairs had cobwebs and dirt, hot tub had a little bit of dirt but all of these items were made even worse by the fact that we had no way to clean them. No cleaning supplies on-site, no skimmer for the hot tub. There also is no hair dryer and be prepared to bring your own coffee (not a huge issue but notating it on the listing allows guests to be prepared) The communication with property management is terrible. We received zero responses to our questions during our stay including check in and check out procedures. This could be a great rental. Not there yet.
