The kitchen opens up to the family room, dining area & screened porch. The huge screened porch is like no other with comfy Restoration Hardware teak seating and a large round RH table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The three bedrooms are appointed with comfortable beds and linens. The primary bedroom hosts a king size bed. The second room has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has three twin beds. On the main level, there's a newly remodeled bathroom with a tub & rain shower head and a vanity area with a pocket door.
The lower level is a family haven with a pool table, shuffle board, board games, gas fireplace & family room with a gigantic 85" TV. Also on the lower level is a newly remodeled bathroom with a large walk in shower, laundry room/mudroom, & walk out garage with bicycles (including a tandem bike), ping pong table, and beach gear.
To BBQ, choose from either the Weber gas or charcoal grill.
On warm days, enjoy the glorious private outdoor shower complete with hot water & blue skies!
