“We had a great time. Nicely done”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved……

“Great location great hotel”

“The property is just as advertised and is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to attractions and places to eat. Ample off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing……

“Had some issues at first but PortsCityStays were great to work with once we connected. Josh made sure our stay went well and went out of his way to make sure we had a great long weekend. The location is great and you can walk to some great bars and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, we will use PortCityStays again. Cheers!”

“Place is clean and centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc.”

“Location is great! Right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!”

“Great spot, close to Wallis Sands State Beach. Ocean view visible from both sides of force porch area. Would stay again.”

“Great place in walkable distance to restaraunts, shops, and parks. Short drive to the beach. Excellent accommodations, spacious. Very responsive host who offered suggestions for dining and local activities. We could have not asked for more!”

“The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.”

“Excellent location in downtown Portsmouth. Great host who was extremely helpful and responsive. The actual apartment is very pretty, comfortable, and clean. We hope to be back!”

“Great spot, very clean, had everything we needed and Family friendly.”

“Great central location right across from the Gaslight! Space was bigger than expected and the fire escape outdoor area was super cute! The design was funky in a cool fun way with a huge collection of vinyl. Would definitely stay her again.”
