「It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly.」

「Great stay!」

「Newly renevated, stylish and very clean , and rooftop, sitting area had an exceptional view of the city. Great place for 3 couples as each room have its own bedroom and bathroom.」

「Great spot!」

「The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

「Highly recommend this cozy condo in downtown New Castle, Delaware. We loved the host. She was extremely attentive and welcoming. We had two small issues during our stay and she took care of them immediately. She also shared her personal recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and entertainment in the area. The condo is less than 40 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and near many great restaurants and hot spots.」

「Nice stay. Safe and walkable area.」
