“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“I book the room for the night for a family event. The room was horrible and smell like cigarettes and weed. The bed sheets was super dirt and had lots of hole due to cigarette as well. I went to the front desk and they weren’t helpful so I never stayed in the room and never got my money back.”
