“This house was absolutely amazing! We needed a place to just "escape" from the hustle and bustle and this house did just the trick for us. Our family had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. All of the beds were comfortable, the house was very well cleaned. Plenty of towels and blankets, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. Sitting on the patio by the fire and watching the kids in the hot tub, while having the view of the lake in the background……

Everything we needed for a girlfriend reunion was there: hangout spaces inside and out, large kitchen with lots of space for everyone, fire pit, hot tub, and games, games, games! It was a perfect place to spend quality time.It’s clear this is more than a vacation rental. The owners hearts are in it, and they’ve build it for comfort, relaxation and fun. Get up early for the gorgeous, still river steaming into a new day. Maybe you’ll catch a bald eagle……

“Cute little house, but needs some Tender Loving Care. The kitchen was nicely furnished with most everything you need. The house is decorated nicely. Problem, it smelled like either smoke or sewer at times. It really is a cute house, and the winery across the road is very nice. There is also a winery and pizza place right beside the house. There is a high way in front of the house. It was noisy if you sat on the porch, but we didn't notice it to much in the house. The host was very nice and got……

“My husband and I chose to stay at Valley View last year in order to be close to Cambridge to attend the Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival. It was not a hard decision to stay at Valley View again this year for the festival. This cute, comfy cabin has all we could want, and our hostess was communicative and gracious! We hope to come back a third time!”
