“The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.”

“The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”

“The local staff was the only thing positive about this hotel. I had stayed here before and even though it wasn’t the best then it has gone way down since. Room was dirty, the sheets and towels were clean, but that was it. Dust on everything, tiny refrigerator barely kept cool and had no shelves in it, no toilet paper, piles of dirt behind bathroom door, no trash can, only working ice machine was on third floor and the entire 3rd floor had NO lights, horrible trash laying around outside including……

“This was one of the best hotels stays we’ve ever had. The property is clean and updated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room/suite we stayed in was extremely large and the bed was so comfy. Such a great value for the price! Not sure where are future travels will take us, but we hope to return to enjoy this hotel again!”
