Zia's, Back Door Guest Suite, is an historic storefront reimagined as a charming guest suite with an original lofty warehouse vibe, updated with all the necessities for a comfortable getaway!
You will enjoy a spacious apartment, including one bedroom with a queen bed a living room, an art creation space, a full kitchen and a private bathroom with a spacious shower! Your suite, since it is to the back of our building, also boasts a small deck with a cafe table and 2 chairs, firepit and weber grill.

You can go right next door to the Walt Movie theater and take in a movie or walk around the block visiting shops, including Dos Bros Mexican Restaurant, Lang-a-Tang Deli, Astral Glass, Elizabeth's Gifts, Pinckney Bend Distillery, the Colter Memorial, and the Missouri River Levee Walk. History comes alive in this quaint location just 18 minutes from Hermann & Washington!
Your suite is located across the street from the train tracks (yes there are trains and yes they blow their horns 24 hours a day) and a 2 minute walk from the river; you can experience trains, tugboats and barges! The Missouri 340 runs right past our lovely town and many canoeists will be camped on our shores!

You have access to your entire apartment. There are steps to the basement, but the basement is locked and private. You have access to the back deck with cafe table and chairs, the firepit and the Weber grill.
Our downtown is basically one block so it is very easy to walk around to all the shops, visit the riverfront and levee walk, check out the Colter Memorial, watch the boats on the river while enjoying a bonfire or watch the trains go by! You can walk uptown too, but it is all uphill from downtown, and then it is all downhill to come back to your suite!!!
Free parking is located in front of the building on the street.
You have a contactless entry with the secure keypad on the entry door.

The suite is accessed through the back door of a 1905 historic storefront building in the downtown storefront district full of shops and cool places to visit!
You are within walking distance of Wolf & Ferry Wine Bar, Coco's Mexican restaurant, The Walt movie theatre, Zia's yoga studio, Lizzie Lu's and Elizabeth's gift shops, Astral Glass glass blowing studio, Lang-a-Tang deli, Paddlestop brewery and paddling adventures on the Missouri river, Pinckney Bend Distillery and the New Haven levee walk on the Missouri River! You can also walk the New Haven stairs right across the street from the building and find yourself at Seek Coffee, serving coffee and cocktails!
Nestled between the railroad track (yes! we have trains and they blow their horns) and Missouri River, (with daily barges) New Haven offers so much to do while being quaint and serene!
You have a private parking spot behind our building or you can park across the alley or in front of the building and walk around. Access is through the back door on the alley. This is a walking downtown, 1 block and a little extra will have you busy all day, if you want! After that you need a car to access the surrounding towns of Hermann, Rosebud, Washington & Augusta. There is a Lyft driver that can be hired to get you to Hermann.
We are directly across the street from the train tracks. The trains come through 24 hrs/day and they blow their horns every time they come through.
And we provide ear plugs for sleeping if you are in need!
