"The elevator service was simply inadequate. During our stay, we frequently had to wait several minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby. There weren't enough elevators, sometimes one or more were out of service, and they were too small to accommodate all the hotel guests and their luggage. At least once, some of us, frustrated that we couldn't get an elevator to take us down to the elevator, pressed the "up" button, went up to the top floor, and then stayed on the elevator to get down to the lobby. A second complaint: There weren't enough electrical outlets in the room. There were two outlets by the bedside table, but one wasn't working. There seemed to be another outlet behind a massive piece of furniture. My travel companion and I had to charge our laptops in the bathroom."
