"Great location ins the heart of Times Square, near many theatres. We had a great corner room on a high floor so it was pretty quiet from the other guests, buy it is NY,so it is LOUD. AC sound helps cover it. It is a cool historic building. The lobby is a bit chaotic. Great options for take away breakfast free with vouchers or some good sit down options in one of their two restaurant for a small fee. I was a little concerned about staying in an older hotel but it was charming. Rooms bigger than most newer NY hotels. I would return there. Everyone very helpful and accommodating. We did one of their free walking tours and Greg was great for the Times Square Rockefeller Center tour."
