“Just fyi, the hotel is now closed, probably permanently. It should be condemned!!! Worst stay EVER. The elevator was broken for 2 DAYS. We had to walk up and down stairs for 2 of our 3 day stay. Fire department had to come and assist people (pregnant woman, elderly in wheelchairs) get down to the lobby.) Absolutely disgraceful. ** At checkout the resort fee was refunded; the next day it was taken back!!! I am looking for a total refund for my stay. If you care anything about this you will……

“The property itself was clean, and the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was nice, although a little small. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very disappointing. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned or tidied up during our entire stay. We had to call to request additional towels, and even then, they were never brought to our room. We ultimately had to go get them ourselves. Overall, the hotel was clean and convenient, but the……

“This was a wonderful one night stay. Wish we had stayed longer! Customer survive was great, pool attendant and Resturant staff wonderful, kind and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. The pool area was great, and stayed open till 10pm which is great! Fantastic family friendly resort. We will be back.”
