「The place was clean and attractively decorated, although slightly run down if you look too close. Bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. Our issues were with customer service. After trying to call the front desk three times to confirm we would be late check-ins and getting no answer, we turned to Expedia, who eventually got in touch with someone, but not without difficulties. 「The staff was rude, not trained well, nor helpful. When the power went out, I asked the staff if there was a plan and I was met with “what kinda of plan would you like us to have?” I shared that I felt unsafe, and the two men working did not reassure me and in fact started to yell at me and provoke me. I’ve stayed here for the past three years on the fourth and it seems to have different management year after year. Good luck to who’s running it next summer! You have your work cut out for you.」

「The hotel was quiet the 4 night I stayed. The staff was friendly and polite. I especially appreciated their hospitality and ensuring I was a guest most times I entered the hotel making me feel safe. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was exceptionally comfortable and the marble floors cleaned daily.」
