「I stayed at the New London Inn for two nights while my daughter was on a college visit. I had a wonderful visit at the Inn.
The service was fantastic. I had a very late check in planned for after the staff was gone for the evening (11:30 pm). General manager happened to have stayed late and saw me in the parking lot. 「My mom and I stayed there back in September for a weekend and had a wonderful stay. The inn was so lovely with a beautiful lake across the street. The breakfast provided each morning was top-notch! If I am ever back in the area, I will certainly stay there again!」

「Room and facility was great. But the lack of a staff member at night resulted in kids playing in the halls and making a lot of noise. No parents around to keep things quite and this disturbed guests. The hotel should ensure the kids use the rec rooms, not hallways. 」
