The resort offers an 18 hole miniature golf course, swimming pool, sandy beach, paved R/C car track, basketball & volleyball courts, horse shoes pit, 3 playgrounds, fishing pier, a stocked fishing pond, boat ramp, 2 mile board walk along the lake shore and a restaurant/bar & grill

The space
Robins Nest is a one bedroom camper setup permanently on a private lot. It has a beautiful deck that is great to enjoy the evenings as well as a large elevated patio with gazebo that affords beautiful sunset views and is a great place to cook out on the flat grill and enjoy company.

Please note the lot where the home is located has a steep hill and is not ADA accessible. There are steps leading down from the upper patio to the home.
Guest access
Located in Badin shores gated Resort community. Guests will have access to all amenities the park offers which includes the pool, beach, putt putt, R/C track, weight/workout room, boardwalk, playgrounds, grills/picnic tables, fishing pier, stocked fishing pond, basketball courts, volleyball, pickleball, horseshoes, restaurant/bar, boat ramp and hair salon.
Other things to note
All adult guests are required to have State issued picture ID to enter the gate.

The home is located on a steep lot that requires some stair steps to access the home, it is not ADA accessible.

We welcome couples and small families (maximum of 3 people) who want to enjoy the lake life. Robins Nest is our second home and we ask our guests to be respectful of the home and property. No parties are allowed and only those listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property and in the house.
