「We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This house was soooo comfortable. Six retired siblings away for some shopping, dining, and fun; and that we did! One thing to mention is that the bench at the dining room table is not a great fit for women in their 60's and 70's. We switched out the bench for the 2 chairs by the fireplace so everyone could have their own seat. That worked great for us.」

「This is a modernized wing of the house. It had a fascinating old stove/oven and some beam construction upstairs. We were visiting friends in the area and needed a place to stay. The is a quiet, wonderful place on a farm. The host Grant was attentive and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I appreciated the upstairs hand-held shower head. 「My girlfriend and I come every year around this time to get our flowers for summer planting. This was our first time staying at Fan+Carl's beautiful cottage! First of all they both were so kind, inviting and helpful. The property was beautiful and the accomodations were wonderful. We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back again!
