My husband and I, along with another couple, can't stop talking about how much we enjoyed ourselves. As first-time visitors to New Orleans, we felt incredibly welcomed by the host, Brittanie. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Also, the condo exceeded our expectations; it was truly beautiful. The place was very spacious and offered great amenities.Brittanie provided great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced our experience.If you ever plan to visit New Orleans, I highly recommend this place. The location was phenomenal, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We loved this condo! New, clean, light & bright in the living room and dark in the bedrooms. So close to great eateries. We enjoyed the bakery across the street, the bistro next door and the pizza place a few doors down. Comfy beds. Nice hosts!

Fourth visit to this Host's property

Best review I could give is that we keep coming back to this Host. There have been other times we simply could not stay here as they were already booked. Good location for anything in CBD including Superdome and smoothie king center. Restaurants and Grocery within a couple of blocks. Walk or easy uber to FQ. Clean, safe, and well appointed as advertised. Won't be our last visit to this location

Immaculate, Charming & Well-Appointed

Centrally located close enough to walk to French Quarter but also a short Uber to Jazz Festival. Neighborhood has tremendous dining options rooftop bars and even the Monet exhibit on the same block. Owner was reaponsive and provided great local recommendationss. 2-bedroom unit was spacious, modern, spotless and still had a charming exposed brick wall. Lots of extras from coffee to soda/bottled water to a very nice restaurant on the first floor. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The perfect getaway stay

Our stay was perfect. This is the location if you want to be right in the middle of New Orleans. Access to everything is just right and the condo is one of the most convenient places I've ever stayed in. Everything in the unit is beautiful and completely user friendly!

Property was lovely. Bigger than the pictures. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Easy walk to Superdome for the game. Groceries very close by if you want eat in as well. Definitely recommend and would stay here again next time in town.

New Orleans luxury hideaway

This place is lovely. The location safe albeit a little hike from the French Quarter but easily accessible by Uber or Lyft and walking distance. It’s well stocked with towels, toiletries, coffee maker. It’s quiet, comfortable and like a 4 star hotel. You’re away from the hub of activities but close enough to get there.

Great property in New Orleans!

Absolutely great property in a great spot in the city. Brittanie was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Bonus points for some of the best mattresses I've ever had in a rental property!

Beautiful, clean and cozy!

We recently stayed here with our adult daughter while traveling with another family. They coincidentally stayed in the unit above us, which was an unexpected plus. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-appointed with anything you may need for a brief stay. The location was ideal- within walking distance to many places, including a grocery store, and to public transportation. I can't say enough wonderful things about our host, Brittanie! She was so helpful, especially in accommodating a late-night, last minute check-in (due to air travel difficulties) when our daughter arrived the night before we got there. We will stay here again the next time we are in NOLA! Thank you!

Great NOLA stay!

Can't possibly say enough about this wonderful property. Perfect area with a great grocery store and parking just the next block over. Condo is beautiful, quiet and so comfortable. The owners were fantastic with communication and gave us so many great recommendations. Even had some jazz playing when you walked in the door and left some refreshments and a tasty treat in the refrigerator. Check in and check out was so easy. Highly recommend this unit for anyone visiting NOLA. We were within 15-20 minutes walking distance from everything we wanted to see.

Perfect Spot for Fun in NoLa

Property was fantastic. Perfect place for two couples to stay. With each room having it's own bathroom and king beds we had our time together and privacy. The kitchen was state of the art, too bad so many great places to eat in New Orleans so we did not take advantage of it. I highly recommend this place for anyone having fun in New Orleans. It was walking distance to the French Quarter and close to the street car to go out farther. Having a grocery store and CVS around the corner was an extra bonus. The owners were responsive and took extra care of us. Even checking on on us throughout our stay. We will be back for sure!

Off the beaten path but close to everything!

Great property! From the moment you enter the building everything is very clean and maintained! Stayed the week. Loved it. Quiet and relaxing. Walked, ubered or took the trolley to most everythong we wanted to do. The host was great and very responsive and helpful with suggestions of places to go. Would definitely stay here again!

NOLA - Looong Overdue

Our great experience started with quick and responsive communication with Brittanie. When we checked in, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Nice Jazz music on throughout the apartment. It is very conveniently located and we were able to walk almost everywhere. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking to experience NOLA.

Fun times in NOLA!

This unit was very well appointed, very comfortable, very convenient, and beautifully decorated. The owners provided so much helpful information for parking, groceries, restaurant suggestions, and anything else you could think to ask. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, and state of the art appliances and TV's. We had a wonderful visit, and would most certainly stay here again!!

The building and unit was very clean and smelled really good. Very quiet area with the exception of the drilling from the construction going on next door. Grocery store, CVS and restaurants right up the street. Brittanie is a great host and I’m looking forward to returning to one of her properties if I’m able to get back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brittanie and Gerard were great hosts. They were quick to reply to all our questions and recommended many awesome places to go. The place was exactly as described. Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for 5 days. The place is quiet and well maintained. Wonderful bedrooms, beds and linens (no windows, but was still great). Communication with the manager of the property was quick and easy. Would stay again!
